It's been 2mths since i came back from the UK and still jobless guess nobody wants to employ me haha...as i got no experience.If all things come to worst guess i have to go and sign on liao.

These are the 3 choices infront if come to worst but then again not sure if they will accept my age...finding a work is really a chore.Hopefully my recent job application will be successful.

Just did a new blog which i will host all my photos on it as i find it better.Most of the photos will be based on the outings i have been to.I be taking a wedding assignment on saturday quite excited and nervous as it's my first assignment so hopefully everything turns out well.

Went to watch this show with my friend kevin and boy it was funny and sad.Imagine having to stay in the snowstorm for such a long time without food except to eat the ice for water...wat a role for the male...and if the both partners did not do a good job in transferring the egg it will crack in the cold in less than 5seconds...ok shall not say too much in case i spoil it for those who havent seen it.

Still looking out for jobs but no luck although been sending out resumes haiz...have to keep trying n not give up. I willl try to get a temp job for the time being i guess...Spend quite a bit the past weeks, with friends birthday,funding a DSLR and Lens...have to scringe on what i spend now haha...or else wait sleep on the streets.Yet to take a picture of what i bought will do soon and also the pics of the poly grad group photos i havent post it up yet sorry guys for the long delay as i just found the driver for the scanner finally...and it's not an excuse ok....

Fianlly after a long long time i am able to log onto the internet after several unsuccessful attempts. I shall describe the eastern europe trip that i been telling everyone about as it's long way overdue.Here it goes and be warned it contains lots of pictures.

The above picture is taken all in munich. The first picture is one of the famous church which is also known as the 'church of our lady'. The second picture is taken in vienna where all shops will display what they are selling, this sign display a logo of a well known beer. the third one is the clock tower in the center of the city, and the clock is known to move with all the different characters moving in and out of the clock while dancing to the music embedded in the clock. The fourth picture is a huge tall pole indicating the market which sells all sorts of stuff, The fifth,sixth,eighth and ninth picture is the site for the unknown soldier and indeed it was magnificent with all the bronze soldiers guarding the place.

The above picture is taken in hungary in the city known as budapest. This is also another huge city with the palace guards guarding the royal palace. The third picture is the city hall where all the government officals goes there and it's also the place where the royal jewels is kept. The remaining pictures are the site for the unnknown soldier in vienna, and i was lucky to be able to take the rainbow so close to where i was standing.

The first picture is the verall view of the unknown soldier monument with a fountain. Our tour guide then brought us to go and see mozart birthplace which is in vienna, the building in yellow, and there are these candy shops which sells mozart chocolates as you can see with sign dsplaying mozart face and musical scores. Next i explore the city area alone and decided to head towards the famous vienna garden and i was impressed by the surroundings. The statue in gold as you can see is a famous musician known as Johann Strauss who is the first person to perform in vienna, which is why he is considered the father of music. There is a clock nearby the statue which is made of stones and flowers which is also very beautiful. The city is filled with carriages drawn by horses which brings you around the city but then the smell sometimes is quite bad which is why i didn't take the horse also. The white building with a huge garden is one of the residence of the royal family but is now a museum which houses all the paintings in vienna. There is a citadel which is also known as a small castle, on the top of a hill. the building with lots of chairs infront is the parliament house which is quite funny as festivals are being held infront of it also and the eating place is something like lau pa sat.

The last trip is going to salzburg which is the stonghold of hitler also known as the eagles nest. the building is situated on a mountain top which is about 6000+ feet above ground and in order to get up there you need to take a spcial bus equipped with special brakes and also a highly trainned driver as the road is narrow, one slip and the bus will fall down the ravine. After all that we head back to munich for the last night apparently we encountered a festival known as love parade or also a parade for gays,lesbians and bisexuals. The people who were there dress up and they even oblige when asked to take a picture of them. After that i had dinner and a huge glass of beer and by the way mineral water cost much more than beer apperently. This ends the first entry for my overdue entries more is to follow so stay tunned.

Ok people i know my cobwebs is growing on my blog including some fungus here n there. There is a reason for it as i do not have internet connection yet on my pc as i'm trying to tap the connection using wireless but no success. stories will be exciting in the upcoming entries as it involve my experience in the london bombing and also my trip to eastern europe. Wat can i say after one week in singpaore i'm still not used to the weather as the aircon in the trian and bus is still not cold cause it seems the aircon is not working at all. I did a photoshoot for a van club known as Dreamz Vannin and there were also othere clubs also and it was a success and also one of the biggest photoshooot i cover in my life as the main photographer. Anyway stay tunned.

Nasi Lemak Day

Me and my friends went to town today to get all the necessary ingredients for the Nasi Lemak...We bought pandan leaves,coconut milk,prawns,chcicken wings,eggs,etc...We also made our own sambal from scratch cause the sambal in chinatown does not taste good. then we had a feast till the nite with drinks ending the gathering. Tomorrow i will be moving my stuff all that is ready for shipping back at 9am in the morning...going to be a long day, then go for a haircut and probably go and colour my hair.

BORING BORING BORING

The world seems like a small place but actually it isn't...although i keep saying bored but then i feel that im just giving plain excuses due to the fact i dun have money to go travelling. I have been wanting to travel to paris and spain but then to go alone is plain boring and not fun. Travelling to africa alone will be dangerous from advice given by people i know. The only thing i could do is to stay put in the UK and travel around UK. I decided i will go to the lake district this coming week and most likely stay there for a night to enjoy the scenery of the nature at the greatest place in UK for nature. Then it will be another week before my parents come and togerther we will go travelling yeah so fun, long time never go on a famlily trip already.

It's been a week already since terrence went for his NS. hope he is doing fine and enjoy it...hmmm...im i plain evil or what hahaha...I will finally be back in sunny singapore in a months time and be able to eat all my favourite food. I will be able to see all my friends especially the poly friends which i have known them for a year now, i miss them and their jokes, so people i be coming back and maybe i might get u something back.

Here the weather is warm even though the temp is 25deg i 'm sweating already, can't imagine when i get back to singapore, and become a polar bear or penguin needing to stay in a cold room for 24/7 and scared of the sun burning my skin.

Soon my final chapter in my life which just consits of studying will come towards a final end and i will be able to workand earn my own cold hard cash and do my part for the family finally.alrite enough of me preaching for now, back tomolow after the nasi lemak eating session tomolow with Mr Paul and Hilmie.

London was superb,fantastic,exciting

A few days ago me n my mates we went to salford university to take some pictures before we left salford for good. Finally after finishing my last paper i felt so free, but then as i sold my TV already so life will be pretty quiet. Once the paper is done i went back to pack my stuff and went down to london for a 4 days trip. I was excited about the trip as this is the 2nd time i been to london and also there is lots of things planned out. Upon reaching london huston train station i took the underground to meet my friend edmund as i will be staying at one of his relative place in high street kensington. During the journey i took the wrong train twice but eventually reach my destination.

The first thing i went was picadilly circus to meet some friends and also had some sushi for lunch. Then me n my friends we head down to trafalgar aquare to take some pictures. After that we head down to downing street towards house of parliment totake pictures of the big ben and also the church of westminister. Then we went to a cafe to have dinner which was only £6 for 3 course and it was filling. Then we went back to westminister to take night pictures from the back of the thames river and the london eye. By that time it's already close to midnight and then we head back to the house to retire for the night.

The second day we went to the train towards greenwich to look at the greenwich mean time thingy which tells the longtitude to a particular country and also it is the birth place of the first longitude tool ever discovered. By the time we finished looking is already half a day gone and finally we went to have dinner at chinatown, which was followed by some late night shopping as the thing abt here is that certain shops here closes at ard 12 midnight.

The third day was a trip to windsor castle where it is the residnce of the queen. The journey was about one and a half hour bus ride. Upon reaching we were so lucky to see the changing of the guards again and boy it was also grand with band procession coming out from the castle. Then after that we went for dinner before retire for the night early for tomorrow trip to white hall.

the final day ended with a parade of the queens birthday with lots of royal gurads and royal bands too bad i don't have a video camera with me or else could have recorded it. Only me and edmund was there as the rest of our friends had went back to manchester. We saw prince harry, william,camelia and someone on a carriage, then we saw prince charles and princess ann on horses in military uniform before we saw the queen and duke of endingburgh. Then we went to a jap shop to buy some magazines after the parade and also did some last minute shopping before heading back to the apartment to get our stuf to head back to manchester.

A day race at daytona race track in manchester and i can tell you the go-kart was so fast that i skidded a couple of times but i managed to do about 168laps together with my teammate in about one and a half hour. The winner of course had more than us with about 189 laps in total. Anyway it's been an enjoyable ride, cause it's unlike the normal go-krating.

EXAMS!!!EXAMS!!!EXAMS!!!

Finally the day has come and this will be or might be the final chapter in my educaiton path, after completing the first paper and i can say it's a warm day the paper was not easy but quite alrite having to remember all the things that i studies the past few nights. Now i just have one more paper to go before i go for my short break in london. This paper will be the hardest of all paper in my 3rd year i reckon having to recall the 13 speakers who spoke during the lecture will not be an easy task but nevertheless i will have to make it happen.

Just on friday i went down to liverpool to see their winning european cup and also join in the atmosphere and i can tell you it's nothing i have ever experience with about 3/4 of a million people around the whole liverpool waiting patiently for the heores to come back to parade the cup. I took a number of pictures but have yet to load everything into the computer yet so do stay tunned.

The new season of Big brother has returned with 13 housemates and its more intresting than last year apparently.

I will be selling all my stuff hopefully all before i leave this place. I reckon i will have about 5 boxes of stuff to ship back at the moment. Having sorted out 2 boxes i still have 3 boxes left to pack so it will not be so bad.

Final Whistle!!!

What a gruelling month i had, and finally the worst is over but is expected to follow. I had not slept for 24hrs and my eyes might be like panada though i can't tell the difference. The reason is i had just finish my 16500 word thesis finally after months of research. A long deserved rest i need although i need to let my lecturer approve the structure then it will be green light for me to hand in tomorrow which is the dateline. I will be going to Old Trafford later in the day to watch Manchester United VS Chelsea which also happens to be the final match of the premiership season already. Hopefully they can beat Chelsea and end on a high note.

Too bad i can't post all of the photos online due to time constriant. I will find another way of tackling this problem.

It's been some time since i last blog...this is due to my research on my final year thesis. Having reading and printing about 500 pages of journals i now can really start working on it. I will need to carry out a survey of 100 people for my RFID thesis. I now just have 2 report to do and a presentation this friday to round up things.

Then it will be time for the revision of my final year exams which is 2 papers. One paper is on Trends in IT and the other is about Legal issues around the internet. Hopefully i will be able to remember all the materials i need to study.

It's the world snooker championship season again and i have been watching it just to kill time in my room as im going to start becoming a hermit for the rest of the month.Below is a picture of last year champion Roonie O Sullivan, will he be able to hold on to the title we will wait and see.

Hell's Kitchen season is back with more exciting stuff and this time it has 2 chefs with 10 contestants and is shown everyday. The teams which is blue and red compete for the most number of sales made each night. There is a lot of tempers and vulgar language thrown at the contestants from gray rhodes and Jean-Christophe Novelli

In a way staying in to watch television is good as i will be able to save some money for my trip to the lake district and rome in june and then i will be going for my summer trip to eastern europe.

It's my 26th Birthday!!!

The day finally arrive when i grow another year older...my god how time flies like the blink of an eye. I have to say that this year birthday has not been very enjoyable due to the fact everyone is not around or busy.I only had a simple dinner that's all and had some dirnks but i appreciate my friend edmund and hilmie who stayed till the morning to drink and chit chat. I wish i was in singapore and then i could celebrate with all my singapore friends. Nevertheless i did got lots of msg on my MSN and SMS wishing me a happy birthday. Thanks a Lot to you people out there i appreciate it very much.

Graduation

Soon it will be day i be waiting for which is graduation...2 more long months of work and finally i can rest and hopefuly get employed by a US or UK company. Before i get employed i will want to go for a short holiday maybe in bali, taiwan or japan.

The number of people which has already been gathering in rome has reached 100,000 and when friday comes which is the actual day for the funeral procession as more than 2,000,000 people will come to rome to attend the funeral. Just went to watch the above movie constatine and i give my thumbs up for a nice film and the moral of the whole film is don't smoke cause you have no time left. I would recomend this movie to all who like movies such as the matirx.

Help!!!Need some Air!!!

I just completed my 2000 word essay on professional legal and ethical issues assignment which is due on thursday 12pm.

Then comes the bad news when the work is over...it's just the beginning as i still got a few more to do. I have two 2000 word essay on RFID technology, another 2000 word essay on another type of technology and also finally the big hurdle which is the 15,000 word thesis which i only done abt 2,500 words...which means still got a big chunk to go. Once all that is over i have start preparing for the exams which is 2 papers befor ei can really start to wind down completely.

If you guys think that how come i'm always like not mentioning any work in my blog is because of the workload...but i can say my SP friends their workload is even more horrifying with neverending projects and test almost every week eh...that's scary like homer screaming below wishing everything will just be over and done with.

Over here a documentry show that most women do not know how to cook even washing up the dishes they find it a hassle and also they don't even know how to grate a lemon or dice up a garlic...they only know how to prepare ready made meals which just need to put in the microwave and heat it.

The kids here also all anti-healthy kids who only know wat is macdonalds or KFC...they will only eat chips and fried stuff in school. They dont eat any vegetables and fruits...imagine they can mistook a leek for an onion or kiwi...lolx wat a joke...and they even hold protest in the school when they are just less than 10 years old after all junk food was taken away from the canteen...the conclusion is that it explains why there are so many scallys on the streets with no discipline...If the rule in singapore was applied here i believe they will be so scared that the streets will be free of scallys.To read more please visit paul's website

Finally it's arrived!!!!

These are the 2 japanese drama i'm watching at the moment, which is the rich detective and the other is H2.

These are the few items i bought in february which is a pair of limited edition 35th anniversary adidas tsubasa superstar, a snooker cue, and a pair of adidas soccer boots.I have been waiting for the trainers to arrive and finally it arrive today and gladly i took some pictures to post on the web. I'm still deciding actually if i should wear it lolx or get a display box for it as it's limited with only 4,000 worldwide. The next 2 pairs of adidas i'm aiming for is the number 31 and 34 which of course both are not limited edition and are mass released so i dun have to rush for it.

The week has been slow and i still got one assignment to hand in on the the 17th march before easter. Then after easter i will have to hand in another 3 assignment each about 2000 words and a presentaiton. Finally i just have to wait for the exams which is just 2 papers and i need to get 65 at leaset to be safe that i can get a 2:1 which is a 2nd upper class honour. Then it's over which is for me to go and look for a job.

I had a dinner at Tai Hu resturant along oxford road in manchester, we then decide to go to KTV to celebrate the nite away but then we didn't get to sing many songs due tot he fact there was too many people and worse per table is entitled to one song no matter how many people u have damm...

Then on the 15th i had to attend my friend birthday and i have to go cause if i dun go she will kill me lolx. Before i go and meet everyone else i went to get her birthday present and i bought a t-shirt from ted-baker and guess what it's pink in colour and i find it very nice so i bought it. Her name is claudia from north wales and good thing is she had a good time and had lots of friends to celebrate with her. All of us met up in chinatown and went to red chilli's which serves some very good beijing food and most of the dishes was spicy hot. Then after that we decided to go to charlies for the celebration instead of going to clubbing.

Damm...news just been released that naruto is going to be licensed.SHIT just when things is going to be intresting and it just pull the plug. It has been licensed by a north american company...why can't they just let people enjoy the show and they have to FXXX everything up WTH they think they are. I hope the company windup and owe big debts. They are going to dubbed the movie in english which is going to be damm SHIT and sucks...can you imagine an animation in japanese dubbed in english woah its considered a failure. I will continue to look out for any torrents that may provide my craving for naruto.

It was a saturday morning and i woke up early i decided to go shopping for a handbag for my dad,mum and sister. My dad's birthday was comming and my mum birthday which was still far away but i thought i could get the gift early since i have the time now. I went to places such as harvey nichols, selfridges, etc...but none i could find that is suitable. I then proceed to vivienne westwood which was having a sale as new stocks are coming in so might as well check it out. I saw a handbag which was on offer so i made an equiry about the price and to my surprise it was indeed a sale item less 60% at least but i notice some flaws on the logo so i told the person that if they could make the flaw go away then i will buy it tomorrow.

Then i left the place to have dinner at chinatown with my friends before we proceed to play mahjong at the casino and people do not think that i'm a gambler. No i'm not, just went there have a game of mahjong with my friends as we just need to pay £5 and you could get a set of mahjong tiles and play in the room. The thing about visiting casino is greatas you could get free drinks and food always. There are a few casinos which allow customers to come and get a casino logo chop. This seal allow you to exchange for stuff such as a fridge cooler, dvd player, etc...

It was a sunday morning as i woke up and i notice the time was 11am...i had a wash and i went to the lea arket behind the precient where i bought a number of magazines at £1 which in singapore you could not even get at this price for magazines such as FHM,digital photography, stuff... I went to check out the dvd store and i saw a number of films i want to get such as into the sun,hide and seek, coach carter, creep and assault on precient 13. The cost was 5 for £20 and the quality was good. Later in the day around 4pm i went to town and went back to vivienne westwood to see the handbag. I look at the bag for a long time and decided that it's ok so i bought a small one which is for my sister and a bigger one for my mum, as for my dad i got for him a scarf so that he will be able to use it overseas. ok that sums it up and with the spending of the gifts i guess i will have to eat on bread hahaha lolx...

Today i went to town to get for terrence and linda the nike anti-racism wristband, it's the big thing in europe and i believe if this reach singapore young people will go and get it as its stylish and also it brings a message against racism. Too bad it was sold out on the day it was released to the public as it was very cheap for only £1.50 and boy no wonder they sold out fast as people were explotting it on the ebay where each band cost about nearly £7 each at least....dammm...ok gtg and watch some shows now...i will sign off here...

Then it was only when in the 1300s Pope Clement V decided to bring the whole thing down and so he devised a plan which accused that the group were the whorshippers of the devil and had a big impact on the vatican. Brand New term!!!

Ok people i'm back and running...I think age i cathcing up on me though i'm just in my mid-twenties. I delcare that i have 3rd year syndrome offically which i suppose is spreading fast among all people who is going to finish their end of year journey in studies. I just got my application from for the membership for manutd but damm...there was some problem in the processing so i had to send again, hopefully i will be in time to buy the tickets to watch manutd vs chelsea.

Oh yeah i just went shopping a few days ago at Vivienne Westwood which is a US based fashion company and they sel some really nice stuff. Looks like i might be getting a few more things from there again. I bought myself a wallet which i found it quite nice and has simple colours. Below is a sample of it...

I went to the brimingham carshow also in january and was a bit dissapointed with the cars they had on display so hopefully the one in june will be good.

Sum up of the weeks gone by!!!

It has been a very busy month for me with the handing in of my dissertation report on the 17th January and preparing for my exams on the 26th. Now for the world news, George W.Bush swearing in last week in my conclusion same with the world is that the world will not be a better place to live in with him in power. His piority on his agenda is to either disarm iran or attack iran.

Ok enough of the U.S. news..back to me.So the month ended with the world mourning having to suffer 4 more years of the tyrant. Anyway now i have been at home for the past few weeks since then preparing for the exams on wednesday. Oh yeah Big brother ended with Bez (Aka the manchester Ozzy) winning the competition taking away £50000 in cash. Now to wait for the next installement of big brother in time for the summer. Auditions is going to be held everywhere and contestant only have 1min to sell themselves to the judges.To know more about big brother click here. This apparently happened in east of Java and indeed this caused huge tidal waves of about 40metres high, the volcano isalnd is known as krakatoa. Happy New Year!!!

I started off with my friend coming over to my place for dinner and after that we went to the casino where he try his luck at a game called 3 cards poker and indeed he won some. At about 1am i went to meet my other friend at a bar called tribeca. It was fun and funny. I was being picked up by a gay guy who keep telling me that i was cool and that he would like to dance with me...of course i told him that i'm old and do not know how to dance. He keep talking to me till i have to get away from him or he would have kidnapped me from my friends.

At about 3am we went to another club known as phionex which was one of the wildest club in manchester, it closes at 6am and boy it seems to be much wilder than Zouk Out. You can see people dancing wildly to the music and the toilet i can say is like unisex although there are signs stated but it doesnt matter, guys and girls use the same toilet lolx...you can see people taking drugs or smoking pot hereand the drinks are cheap as well man...

At around 5am i headed back to y friend place where we joke around and play games till about 7am in the morning...boy was i tired and the weather is still cold and windy here...this is one of the best day i ever had on new year day.

It's been a sad year with the world having enountered the worst natural disaster in 40 years. The deathtoll stands at 52,000 dead and still rising. predictions of the death will go way past the 60,000 figure. It has been said the world will have to embraced itself for an epedemic which is going to happen due to poor sentanation of water. Nobody expect this to happen during the closing end of 2004.

Let us pray together that the world will not have such a disaster for the many years to come and that evryone who survive this tradegy will be able to get over it.

Christmas Celebration!!!

It's been 24hours since christmas has passed but in actual fact according to the old saying christmas last for 12 days. I have not been celebrating christmas with my family and relatives for the past 3 years which is kind of sad but then for me i have a group of friends who will celebrate christmas together. I went to a friend place to have a gathering where we had loads of pizza which is about 12 boxes of it, few boxes of fried chickn and fries and most important drinks. We had a fun night at his place with most of them playing monopoly. Apparently the night ended with us exchanging gifts with one another, and there were some funny moments.

It's been predicted that snow will be coming on christmas day and that will make a white christmas which has not been here for i think like 10 years over in the united kingdom. I waited for the snow to appear but then the wait took so long that i fall asleep then around evening time there was a heavy downpour of snow outside which was very happy to finally see the snow falling. i took some pictures of it as well.

Below is what i hope to see if i go on a trip to the lake district this december if i'm lucky.

Day 4

We went for an excursion on a trip to see the windmills and the cheese factory outside amsterdam. It was an eye opener for me as i saw some of the best views of the country side area of holland. The windmill area is where i saw the wooden clogs which they made from hand without any big machines. it was a amazing process to produce these shoes. The trip was quite rush for all the destination as only less than hours was being set aside for each of the places.

The next stop we went to the cheese factory to see how cheese is made from the milk such as goat,cow,sheep...Different grades of cheese were being stored on different length of time which the old cheese was stored for more than a year

then we went to the lake of holland which has a harbour for the boats but to me the place look more like the sea rather than a lake lolx. We then went back to town for dinner before heading back to the hotel to rest for the night.

One thing i forget to mention is that in holland everything need to pay even for the toilet at mac or burgerking, and also the ketchup or sauce u want will be charged at 35pence for each apcket which was ridiculous. That's why i find amsterdam quite exoensive to live in.

Day 5

We visited the Heineken brewery to see how the beer was made. We paid about 10euros pp for the trip and we got a gift and 3 drink coupons to exchange for beer or softdrinks which was very worth it. After the trip we went back to the hotel to collect our luggage and head to the airport to take the flight back to manchester.

Day 3

We woke up to a sunny day in amsterdam with the first 2 days rainning all day. We had breakfast at burger king and after that we proceed to take the canalbus which is a boat actually with a number of stops in between. We crusie along the canals to see what amsterdam is like before we went to a virtual show on amsterdam which show all the different things to see in amsterdam. We then proceed to see one of the biggest diamond factory in amsterdam. We had a explanation on the different types of diamonds avaliable on the market. the most expensive diamond we know so far was the pink colour diamond which was about 2 million euro and it is only like what two carats only.

Once we finish the tour we got some coplimentary drinks as we waited for the boat to come and pick us up. we were surprised to find a televsion company filming on the boat and we were told that we will be in the film which will be shown in romania and my friends were all camera shy so they try to avoid it. We came by a floating chinese resturant and a huge boat which was in fact a museum. Once we finish the trip we went back to town and went to a sex museum which showcase some erotic stuff and after that we went shopping. We saw esprit in amsterdam and i bought a jacket from there which i like it very much and although i saw lots of thigs i want to buy but i didn't due to the cash i have with me.

Day 2

We went to the main square in amsterdam to visit the madame tussuade which we will see the wax figures. The place was exciting as you can see the history of amsterdam and also it has a section where it has the horrors of amsterdam and boy was it terrifying too bad we cant take pictures in it as it was very dark and you cant really tell what will jump out from the side of the wall or from the front of you. A number of my friends was too terrified to experience it so i went in with my flatmate edmund and it was amusing.

You will find that on the second day there was not a lot of pictures due to the fact that all the film has to be processed for 2 weeks before i could get them.

We proceed to the pancake house to have some really nice and big pancakes and after that we went to magnum plaza which sell some of the expensive stuff in amsterdam which we went to take a look. After that i went to the royal palace to see what it is like before we headed for dinner at a greek resturant.

It was the final day of the trip and we went to visit the heineken brewery.
